Karen Day

Hey y’all! Karen Day here. I’ve been an artist/ crafter/ card maker since elementary school. I sold my first art piece when I was in third grade! My day job is in education so teaching is second nature. I love that moment when someone says “I did! I made this” when they never thought of themself as crafty or creative. I’ve had the honor of working as a maker for companies like Leisure Arts and Flair Designs. I’ve taught scrapbook classes both big (think CK events) and small (personal local store events). And I love them both!

I live in Arkansas with my hubs, Thomas. We have raised 2 kiddos, Anna Claire and Jackson, and our nest is almost empty as they are now college aged adults. No worries though, we still have fur babies at home! Rylee and Lucy keep us on our toes and wake us in the wee early hours of the day.

Tracy Fear

I’m Tracy (Tee), from Alabama, and I’m so excited to be invited to this team! I have been a crafter of some sort most of my life. I can’t have a day go by without doing something with my mind and hands. I have played with so many crafts throughout the years. I’ve been a seamstress, a quilter, a jewelry maker, a copper foil stained glass artist, a wire bender, a sculptor (horrible potter), a hooker (crochet), a card maker, a 3d paper creator (boxes etc.), a digital creator, a stencil designer, a mixed media lover, and most recently, a junk journal creator.

I have 5 grown boys and 4 grandkids. At home it’s me, my darling hubby, 9 cats and 3 dogs. I still work full time and very much looking forward to retiring. I am looking forward to this new adventure!

Vicki Fedor

My name is Vicki Fedor, and I am extremely excited to be a part of this inaugural Design Team for ScrappyShak! I have been crafting all my life. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are sitting on the floor next to my mom’s sewing machine, waiting for the extra fabric so I could make doll clothes. When my kids were young, my favorite thing to do was to sew Halloween costumes for them. As they grew, my craft interests expanded to include cross stitching, scrapbooking, cardmaking, and then crafting Virginia wine. I’ve recently returned to card making and enjoy keeping the tradition of paper greeting cards alive.

I live in a rural area of Northern Virginia with my husband of 31 years and my dog Daisy. I have two grown children, one of whom is married, and the other is soon to be married. My family is my pride and joy. My personal sense of well-being comes from a healthy lifestyle, mindfulness, and creativity.

Diane McKeehan

Hi! My name is Diane McKeehan and I live in Kentucky. I've been married to my wonderful husband for almost 28 years.

My love for crafting started when mom taught me and my sister how to crochet and it has only grown from there. Crafting is my happy place where I can be myself. I'm always up to learning new things and enjoy the challenge!
